Home At Last!

Hello Friends,
We got home from Chapel Hill last night around midnight. It feels good being home! Cutter started his new dose of medication last night along with his two new meds (which are prescription vitamins). Everytime we up Cutter's medicine it makes him a little grumpy. So, today he has not been his normal self. He is also tired and worn out. He has had five seizures today, and we are looking forward to when this medication kicks in (POSITIVE THOUGHTS) and he is seizure-free!

We will follow up with Dr. Huffstutter on Monday, April 5th and go back to Chapel Hill in six months (unless something drastic changes).

In the meantime, we are still playing the waiting game. Thank you for all of your thoughts and prayers!

  3. We are glad that you are at home and they know a diagnosis!! I have a friend that has a child now three but when he was born he had seizures. They ran test and test and he was diagnosed but have no idea what the test are. Doctors said that he would have them on and off his life and probable be on medication for his life. However, we all started praying and by the time he was a year old, they stopped. He is three, has no damage but has to have constant care because he is in to everything. Just curious and has no care in the world. We love him still and he is on no medication. So I know personally that God can move in this situation, so let's pray expecting God to move!

  4. Have you ever heard of FIPP. They can work directly with you and your physicians with Cutter's progress. Here is there website. http://www.fipp.org/ I have had them work with Madison on what we now know is a Developmental dysfluency. They are great to work with and can meet you on your schedule. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
